Store it in the dust bag provided, away from moisture and direct sunlight. Avoid overfilling, keep it away from perfume and hand sanitizer sprays, and gently wipe with a soft dry cloth if needed. Never machine wash.

We accept all major debit and credit cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express — processed securely through Stripe. Depending on your device and location, express options like Apple Pay and Google Pay may also be available at checkout.
Ready-made bags can be exchanged within 7 days if unused and in original condition. Custom-made bags are non-refundable. See our Returns & Exchanges page for details.
First, double-check your card number, expiry date, and CVC, and make sure your card is enabled for international online purchases. If it still fails, try a different card or contact your bank — most declined payments are blocked by the card issuer, not by our store. If you continue to have trouble, message us and we’ll help you complete your order.
