Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your Zara Label bag. Because our pieces are handmade and shipped internationally, please read this policy carefully before ordering.

Ready-Made Items

If you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is:

• Unused and in its original condition
• Free of any damage, stains, perfume, or signs of wear
• Returned in its original packaging, including the dust bag

To start a return, email us at hello@zaralabel.com with your order number and reason for return before sending anything back. Items returned without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Custom and made-to-order bags are handcrafted especially for you and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in the rare case of transit damage or a manufacturing fault.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will make it right with a replacement, repair, or refund at no extra cost to you.

Return Shipping

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
• We recommend using a tracked courier service, as we cannot be responsible for return parcels lost in transit.
• Original shipping charges and any customs duties paid are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will confirm approval by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment card via Stripe and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Not Eligible for Return

• Items showing signs of use or wear
• Items damaged through mishandling after delivery (e.g., pulled or missing beads from snagging)
• Items returned after the 7-day window
• Items returned without prior contact and approval
• Custom and made-to-order pieces (except transit damage)

A Note on Handmade Items

Every Zara Label bag is stitched by hand. Minor variations in bead placement, shade, or pattern are natural characteristics of genuine handcraft — not defects — and are not grounds for return.
