We ship worldwide. If your country does not appear at checkout, contact us at hello@zaralabel.com and we will do our best to arrange delivery.
Shipping Carriers
We ship via trusted international couriers — DHL, FedEx, UPS, and SkyNet — selecting the best carrier for your location to ensure fast, reliable, and trackable delivery.
Processing Time
- In-stock items: packed and dispatched within 2–3 working days of your order.
- Made-to-order & custom pieces: handcrafted especially for you, which takes 2–4 weeks before dispatch. We will keep you updated on progress.
Delivery Time
Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 7–14 working days, depending on your location and customs processing in your country. Remote areas may take slightly longer.
Please note that delivery estimates are provided by our courier partners and, while usually accurate, are not guaranteed. Delays caused by customs, weather, or courier operations are outside our control.

Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your parcel every step of the way. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to activate.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees imposed by your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority, are not included in our prices or shipping fees, and are the responsibility of the customer. Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately at [email] — we can update the address only if the order has not yet shipped.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your tracking has not updated for more than 7 days or your parcel appears lost, contact us and we will open an investigation with the courier and work with you to resolve it.
