This Privacy Policy explains how Zara Label ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects your personal information when you visit zaralabel.com, place an order, create an account, subscribe to our newsletter or contact us. If you have any questions, email hello@zaralabel.com.
1. Information we collect
- Orders: your name, email address, phone number (optional), shipping address, the items you buy and any order note.
- Payments: payments are handled by Stripe. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, but we never see or store your full card number.
- Account: if you create an account, your name, email address and a securely hashed password, plus your order history and wishlist.
- Newsletter: your email address, if you subscribe.
- Contact form: your name, email, phone number (optional) and message.
- Technical data: basic server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) used for security and to keep the website running.
2. How we use your information
- To process, ship and support your orders, and to send order confirmations and shipping updates.
- To provide your account, order history and wishlist.
- To answer your questions and custom-order requests.
- To send our newsletter, only if you subscribed — you can unsubscribe at any time.
- To prevent fraud, keep the website secure and meet our legal and accounting obligations.
We use your information only where we have a valid reason: to perform our contract with you, to comply with the law, for our legitimate interests in running a secure online shop, or with your consent (for the newsletter).
3. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share only what is necessary with:
- Stripe, to process payments securely;
- Courier companies (such as DHL, FedEx, UPS and SkyNet), to deliver your order;
- Our hosting provider, which stores the website and its data;
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
Some of these providers may process data in other countries. Where that happens, they are required to protect it appropriately.
4. Cookies and local storage
We use only what the shop needs to work: a sign-in cookie when you log in, cookies that remember your chosen language and currency, and your browser's local storage to keep your cart, wishlist and recently viewed items. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Stripe may set its own cookies on its secure checkout page to prevent fraud.
5. How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as required for accounting and tax purposes. Account information is kept until you ask us to delete your account. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Contact messages are deleted when they are no longer needed.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict how we use it, to receive a copy of it, and to withdraw consent at any time. To make a request, email hello@zaralabel.com. You also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
7. Security
Our website uses encrypted connections (HTTPS), passwords are stored in hashed form, and access to our systems is restricted. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work hard to protect your information.
8. Children
Our shop is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, with the date it was last updated.
