Welcome to Zara Label. These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of zaralabel.com and to every order you place with us. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
1. About us
Zara Label sells handmade bags and accessories, crafted by artisans in Pakistan and shipped worldwide. You can contact us at hello@zaralabel.com.
2. Products
- Every piece is made by hand, so small variations in colour, bead placement, pattern and size are part of its character and are not defects.
- We photograph our products as accurately as we can, but colours may look slightly different depending on lighting and your screen.
- Product descriptions, measurements and availability may change. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you and refund any amount paid for it.
3. Prices and currencies
- Prices are set in US dollars. If you choose another currency, prices are converted at the rate shown on the website and you are charged in the currency you selected.
- Shipping costs are shown before you pay. Orders above the free-shipping amount shown on the website ship free.
- Prices do not include customs duties, import taxes or handling fees charged by your country. These are the buyer's responsibility.
- We may correct obvious pricing errors. If an item was listed at an incorrect price, we will contact you before shipping and you may cancel for a full refund.
4. Orders and payment
- Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when your payment is completed and we send your order confirmation.
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details.
- We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if we suspect fraud, cannot verify payment or cannot deliver to your address. In that case you will receive a full refund.
5. Custom and made-to-order items
- Custom pieces are designed with you and confirmed in writing (price, design and timeline) before work begins.
- A 50% advance confirms a custom order; the balance is due before shipping.
- Because they are made especially for you, custom and made-to-order items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, except in the case of a manufacturing fault or damage in transit.
6. Shipping and delivery
We ship worldwide with trusted couriers. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed; delays caused by customs, weather or couriers are outside our control. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Please make sure your address is correct — we are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address you provided. 7. Returns, exchanges and refunds
Ready-made items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original condition. Please contact us before sending anything back. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. Full details are in our Return & Exchange Policy. Nothing in these terms affects any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.
8. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for activity under your account. Please let us know immediately if you believe your account has been used without permission. We may suspend accounts that are used fraudulently or in breach of these terms.
9. Use of the website
You may use the website for personal, non-commercial shopping. You must not misuse it, for example by attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, or copying content for commercial use.
10. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including product designs, photographs, text, the Zara Label name and logo — belongs to Zara Label or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or used without our written permission.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on the website when you place your order applies to that order.
